We had a great first class for the Little Dragons today! They learned a front stance, front punch, and how to chamber and bow. They got plenty of energy out in those 40 minutes!!

We're having a great 2nd week of classes. The junior class was great today! Thanks to all those who helped out!

The beginning of the year is a great time to start training! Or for some of you, to get back to your training.
